Our Story
Potarow has been bringing beautiful, quality pots to homes, gardens, and businesses across India since 2019. We started from scratch and have grown into one of the largest pot manufacturers in India, today carrying hundreds of products — pots, grow bags, wall planters, LED pots, statues, bird nests, fountains, polyhouse supplies, and much more.

Mechanical engineer with 15+ years of corporate manufacturing experience across multiple industries. He has executed large-scale turnkey projects and polyhouse installations, overseeing production, quality and on-site execution end to end.

Frequently Asked Questions
₹150 local transport charge is added to every reseller order. This is the cost of moving your packed goods from our godown to the transport company’s godown — it is not the final shipping cost.
Godown Collection means you go to the nearest branch of the transport company in your city and collect your order yourself. This is not door delivery. Door delivery charges are extra and are paid directly to the transport company — they are not added to our invoice.

Open the package on camera if possible and record any visible damage. After we verify the video, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

1. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after the customer shares a 20% token payment screenshot on WhatsApp and the payment is verified by our team. Final invoice is issued after packing.
2. Dispatch Timeline
From the day the advance / token payment is verified, the order is treated as Confirmed. Typical dispatch from our godown takes 7 to 10 days. This timeline may vary depending on material availability and current production load. We will keep you informed on WhatsApp.
3. Pricing & GST
All prices exclude GST. Packing charges: 5% of product total. Reseller pricing available after business verification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Local transportation charges are extra — this covers moving goods from our godown to the transport company’s godown.
- Godown Collection: You collect your order from the nearest branch of the transport company in your city. This is NOT home/door delivery.

5. Returns
For damages, please call us or share a clear video of the damaged item on WhatsApp on the same day of delivery.
6. Minimum Order Value
Retail: ₹3,000 | Resellers: ₹11,000
7. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per Product
For resellers, each product carries its own Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) — the smallest number of pieces of that design you can order in a single purchase. For example, some pots have an MOQ of 5 pieces, so they are added to the cart in multiples of 5.
